CONSTRUCTION
The "TANZANITE" residence will be carried out on a ca-site. 16.25 ares and includes a basement, a ground floor and two floors. In the basement we find the private sites, cellars, common premises and other technical premises. The floors and the ground floor are reserved for the dwelling or any destination allowed by the relevant by-laws. The apartments are glazed to the maximum with loggias and large terraces.

TRANSPORT

The construction of the new station in Berchem (works between 2020 and 2022) will allow the inhabitants of the commune to get to Luxembourg-Gare in 6 minutes and in 3 minutes to Howald station. The latter will be frequented by the tram that will connect the Golden Bell to Findel Airport after the completion of the work.

Access to the A3 at Livange (2.5 km from Peppange) allows a perfect connection to the motorway network.
The "Velo-Tour Roeser-Bettembourg" bike path offers different routes from 13 to 44 km. At the height of Kockelscheuer or Fentange you can access the bike path of the City of Luxembourg.

Peppange is a quiet village surrounded by green nature located in the south of the country in the commune of Roeser. The green space next to and behind the residence is located in the Alzette Upper Valley Nature Reserve, a Natura 2000 bird protection area crossed by the Alzette.
The Kockelscheuer Recreation Centre consists of an ice rink, tennis courts, a walking circuit and a golf centre. A swimming pool and various sports courses are located in Crauthem. The town also has a Fitness Course, nordic Walking Park and various trails.
Bettembourg Wonderful Park is only 6 minutes away and The Thermal Mondorf Estate is 20 minutes away.
Luxembourg City Central Station is 10 minutes away and Kirchberg is about 20 minutes away.
The newly opened Cloche d'Or shopping centre is just 10 minutes from the residence and offers a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as a Hypermarket.
