The City of Ettelbruck is located at the crossroads of regional importance linking the capital to the Nordstad and the north of the country.
The project site is directly serviced by Michel Weber Street (C.R. 305), a link to the centre of Ettelbruck and the Commune of Useldange.

Public transport

The City of Ettelbruck is served by Line 10 of the Luxembourg Railway Network (CFL), linking Luxembourg City to Troisvierges. Several RGTR bus routes serve the City of Ettelbruck,
including the Municipalities of Diekirch, Redange,
Wasserbillig and Wiltz.
The City of Ettelbruck, part of the Nordstad, is involved in the establishment of an eMovin service offering pedelecs (electric bikes) and cars in sharing mode.
In order to integrate the future subdivision with this ecological dynamic, this project provides for the possibility of making electric charging stations for electric vehicles. The exact location of these terminals is to be defined in the context of the implementation project and the agreement between the promoter of this project and the Municipal Administration of the City of Ettelbruck.
The nearest stop is Um Boeschel Street, which is served by the Lopert line of the City Bus Ettelbruck to Ettelbruck's CFL station.
This project provides for the possibility of creating two bus stops (City Bus, school pick-up), respectively in front of lots 50 to 53 and at lot 33.

Public facilities

Located on the outskirts of ettelbruck city centre, several facilities and utilities are close to the project site. Ettelbruck has been about 25 minutes from the city centre of Luxembourg since the total commissioning of the A7 in 2015 and not far from the supermarkets and shopping centres of ettelbruck, Diekirch, Mersch and the Northern Hospital Centre.
To the east of the project site is the administrative centre of the City of Ettelbruck, which includes administrative and communal services and facilities including the town hall, the post office, schools, etc. In terms of education, the City of Ettelbruck has a varied educational offer, ranging from basic school to high school.
